If you can work remotely, and can wangle your way through immigration, there are many places in the world with very inexpensive housing.\
\
The birth rate is below replacement almost everywhere except sub-Saharan Africa. So, housing prices are going to fall dramatically in many places, and have fallen already in places where the birth rate has been low longer.\
