I would like to see New Hampshire secede, as I see that as the only way NH citizens can be free of Federal regulations/taxes.   As that is unlikely any time soon, I'd like to see a second project on USVI: 1. USVI citizens already don't have to pay Federal taxes. 2. USVI already has an independence movement. 3. It's a tropical paradise, and therefore could attract people who would never move to chily New Hampshire. 4. Only 90 K people live there, so 10 K activists would have a much larger / faster influence. 5.  It's good to have a backup location to flee to if the USG becomes too tyrannical. Of course, to be sure, USVI has many significant downsides--see the link below for more.
