Scott McCrory The Free State Project depends for its success on the lack of immigration suppression laws within the US. Free migration allows libertarians to move in, and the socailists to move out. If NH government had a centralized DHS, do you think the existing powers would let libertarians freely move in? It's only because people are allowed to make decisions at the level of the individual property owner that the FSP is possible in the first place (short of a war of conquest).
