Brian Trosko > he job of the Supreme Court isn’t to say “this is stupid,” it’s to say “this is unconstitutional.” Okay, and?  Many laws that were deemed constitutional in the past have been struck down.  And many laws currently on the books are evil and stupid (drug bans, sex work bans, AML/KYC, etc) My claim is that the TikTok ban is evil and stupid, even if it has (hopefully temporarily) been deemed "constitutional". > This also isn’t censorship So, in your mind,  Chinese government bans on Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter _aren't_ censorship?!?
