FWIW, I have Brave + Ublock Origin installed, and Youtube works works fine for me. However, in the past, I have received warnings from Google to turn off my ad blockers or else they would block me. And Google does a great deal of A/B testing. So, it could be that there's a problem unique to your setup. Or it could be Youtube has put your IP address in a group that's getting blocked. To test whether it's a problem with Brave or some extension you've installed, you could do the following. Install the Extensity extension. This will allow you easily turn on/turn off all extensions without uninstalling them. Temporarily turn off all extensions. Does Brave work with youtube now? If so, it's a problem with one of your extensions. If not, it's a problem with Brave. If it's a problem with Brave, here are some things you can try: 0. Drop shields for Youtube. 1. Upgrade Brave to the latest version. 2. Clear all your browser's cookies 3. Install an extension that allows Brave to pretend to be another browser (like Chrome) 4. Install a VPN On the other hand, it's a problem with your extensions, now you have to find which one is causing the problem. Turn on half your extensions, and reload Youtube. If Youtube doesn't work, then you know there's at least one problem extension in the half of the extensions you've turned on. Turn off half of those extensions. Reload Youtube. Does it work? If not, then you know that the problem extension is in the half of the extensions that are still on. Keep following this process until you've identified the problematic extension.
