Many things, but here are a few that come immediately to mind: * Buy high quality drugs without FDA approval or a prescription. * Hire doctors, even if they don't have medical licenses. * Buy/lease an inexpensive apartment in San Francisco (as can be done in Tokyo, due to liberal zoning regulations). * Legally hire people, no matter where they were born. * Buy/consume/make recreational drugs without fear of imprisonment * Hire sex workers without fear of imprisonment * Purchase low cost, abundant nuclear power * Buy a minimalist $15 K diesel Toyota Hilux Champ * Build upon/share others ideas without being sued for patent, copyright infringement
