Brian Tracey As I stated above, I think culture is much more important for maintaining liberty than the constitution.    Books like JS Mills On Liberty or Adam Smith's Wealth of Nations.  Or, in modern times, Ayn Rand's books, South Park, and Milton Friedman's Free to Choose series.
