Boris If you read the link, you'll see the argument. In brief: 1, Libertarian US citizens can currently easily move to USVI and vote in their elections. 2. It wouldn't take many libertarians to win USVI elections, even if no current natives supported them (unlikely). 3. As a territority, USVI can set its own immigration policy. Failing that, USVI can secede much more easily than could a US state. 4. Once they have sufficient power to set their own immigration policy, USVI citizens could start letting in foreign born libertarians.
