Boris Karpa I wouldn't advocate trying for significant political change in USVI until libertarians made up ~20-30 % of the population.  If the FSP is any guide, that would take 20+ years to achieve.  (In the meantime, I would focus on building non-political agorist alternatives to state functions.)
