# Jason Asbahr Yes, from a libertarian perspective, advertisers do...

Jason Asbahr Yes, from a libertarian perspective, advertisers do have the right to boycott . I'm simply pointing out that a number of companies are overwhelmingly staffed, owned, and controlled by Democrats, and stand to gain favorable treatment from Democratic politicians / civil service if they help crush the Democrat's competition. Also--although I think they are willing lackeys--it's a different story if the Biden administration was threatening them. Zuckerberg claims that Biden administration pressured Facebook to censor their users. And all corporations have to fear anti-trust lawsuits, selective regulatory scrutiny, increased IRS scrutiny, loss of government contracts, and loss of banking access if they don't play ball with the government. (This is why many corporations donate equally to both parties.) And, from a left-wing perspective, aren't _you_ supposed to be against giant coorporations colluding with each other to destroy their competition? Seems to me that left wingers almost never speak up when monopolistic behavior benefits the Democrats.
