Ethan Parker Yes, principled, intelligent, economically literate, and freedom loving people will necessarily come to similar conclusions on most issues.   If you ask a 100 mechanical engineers how a automotive engine works, almost all of them will give similar answers. Reality is the same for everyone, so if someone's views are sharply divergent, then they're probably an idiot, dishonest,  or irrational in some way.
