Taryn East Okay, let's grant for the sake of argument that Trump might be doing something illegal. That doesn't mean he's doing something wrong. Lot's of evil behavior is lawful, and much good behavior is unlawful. I think many Americans have suffered greatly under the "lawful" predations of Federal government bureaucracies. And I'm sure that the bureaucrats have created many laws intended to shield themselves from any checks on their power. That doesn't mean destroying that edifice of power "unlawfully" is bad. The NSA has blatantly spied on all Americans unlawfully for years. Who was held to account for that? Did anyone go to jail? Was anyone even tried? Both the Obama and Biden administrations had years to address that criminal behavior and did nothing. Instead, the Obama adminstration prosecuted whistleblowers even more vigorously. I didn't give unelected bureuacrats permission to have any of _my_ data in the first place. Leftists only seem to give a crap about unlawfulness or the unauthorized use of private data when it begins to threaten the gravy train of extorted tax dollars you feed on.
