# Almost half the Palestinian population is below the age of 18, and...

Almost half the Palestinian population is below the age of 18, and cannot vote.  Even if Palestine's democratic mechanisms were not a joke, what could they have done to stop the attacks? It seems like tribal collectivism to hold children responsible for their government's ill-behavior.
