I don't particularly want to die, so I prefer the "exit" strategy when available. While I have no principled objection to directing high velocity lead to the cranium of those who violate my bodily autonomy or try to enslave me, it's difficult to know when doing so will improve matters. For example, if someone had issued a "citizen's furlough" to Biden when he was in office, it would have made him a martyr and amplified his terrible ideas. He would have been replaced by Harris, whose policies would have been just as bad or worse. Instead, he left office in disgrace, an obviously corrupt dementia patient.
