Kelly Heckman Veiss You think Liberia is the only place where this is happening?  And this has been happening in Liberia for > 40 years.  Did Democrats cut aid when they were in power?  Are Democrats joining forces with Republicans and saying, yes, you're right on Liberia, Republicans?
