Brett Cashman I agree that Twitter has no obligation to allow links to other services--it's just behavior that makes Twitter less useful and annoying. Also, in this case, there's a phishing attack on Signal users going on now that makes use of signal.me links. Twitter is probably trying to reduce these phishing attacks.
