Is he more impulsive than in the past?  Or are left-wingers more motivated to try to paint him in as bad a light as they can?  Maybe he's _less_ impulsive than he would otherwise be, if he weren't on whatever medications he's taking. Seems to me that only he, his doctors, and people close to him for a long time have any real insight into the matter.
