Many within the the Mises Caucus are dishonest, disgraceful, and hypocritical. Under their leadership the LP has lost money, memberships, and reputation.\
\
Yet, their incompetence and malfeasance may be a blessing in disguise.\
\
Despite 50 years of effort, the LP has not elected a single President, Congressperson, Governor, or Mayor of any city larger than 100 K.\
\
The Mises Caucus may have put a pillow over the face of the LP, but it was an LP that was husk of a party, barely keeping itself alive.\
\
IMO, the time, money, and energy that was spent on the LP could be spent on projects that have a greater chance of success. Here\'s some that I personally favor:\
