Avens O'Brien Yes, it's the members of the mob who decide.  As people are, in general, ill informed, irrational, and systematically biased, they often choose the wrong targets for destruction. But that doesn't mean that the destruction of malevolent people and institutions is bad. Was it bad for a mob to tear down the Berlin wall?  Would it be bad if the DEA were destroyed?  How else will we be rid of them if they are not destroyed in some fashion?
