Sarah Tonin Próspera isn't trying to "pillage" the Honduran government. They're trying to get the Honduran government to abide by their agreement with the ZEDES. If the Honduran government stopped harassing the ZEDES, stopped trying to confiscate the ZEDES property, and abided by terms of the contract the Honduran government made with the ZEDES, the lawsuit would be dropped. https://www.reddit.com/r/slatestarcodex/comments/1f8y789/what_happened_to_prospera/ The legal safeguards Próspera is attempting to enforce now were put into place precisely because previous socialist governments lured investors in by saying "please build infrastructure within our borders, we promise we won't steal it" and then immediately turned around and stole it. And that's what the Honduran government is currently trying to do to Próspera and the other ZEDES.
