Lisa Mo' Chin Egg farmers not only have to make up for past losses, they have to plan for future costs.  What do the egg producers do if there's another bird flu pandemic?  How should they prepare? Those egg producers who don't save up money now (by charging higher prices), won't have the reserves necessary to weather another pandemic.
