Jeremy Guillory Suppose one neighbor kid ("Sam") is willing to mow your lawn for $20 bucks and does a great job. Suppose another neighbor kid ("Jeffrey") won't mow your lawn for less than $50 and does a shitty job. Who would you hire? Should the government step in and threaten to shoot Sam to stop him from applying so that Jeffrey gets the job instead?
