Duke McGonigal > How does not recieving SSMM prevent someone from getting a better job? It doesn't. But aren't you arguing that the government should threaten to shoot would-be immigrants to stop them from moving to the US (where they could get much better jobs)?  Because you fear that they might get on welfare?
