No, I've not read it.  Likewise, if someone tells me that they've invented a perpetual motion machine that provides endless free energy, I'm not going to rush out to read the patent. That's because a) perpetual motion machines are physically impossible, b) people who believe in such things typically are impossible to persuade otherwise.
