1.   Libertarians believe in private property rights.  You have the right to decide who resides on _your_ property.  You don't get to decide who resides on _my_ property. 2.  Libertarians believe that you should not be imprisoned unless you've been convicted of a crime in a just legal proceeding. Since you appear to disagree with both of those positions, have you considered that you're a conservative, and not a libertarian?
