Jillian Elliott LASIK is quite popular despite being a single procedure.  There's a cure for hepatitis C, despite it being a "one and done" treatment.  Polio, smallpox , and guinea worm have also been almost entirely eradicated. That said, there would likely be many more cures if the FDA did not exist.
