Shaked Koplewitz Yes: a.  IF AI's had killed many people (to date, they've killed almost no one). b.  IF AI regulations in the US had a chance to stop AI development in Russia, China  (USG officials can't even stop themselves from imposing clearly destructive tariffs on everyone else). c. IF AI proponents evinced understanding of the risks of totalitarianism (instead you seem to think that a warrantless, mass surveillance system is "NBD"). ...you might have met a high bar.
