Sparr Risher Oof.  The last person that was evicted from a community I belonged to was offered $5 K and refused.  No system is foolproof, but I think requiring an exit fund up front plus vouching will help reduce problems later on.  For example, would the squatters have been able to come up with $10 K plus be vouched for by other members?
