David S. Note how you're changing the subject from the accuracy of the statistics, to how benevolently the Israeli government allegedly behaves. But let's go with it. If the Israeli government behaves as benevolently as you claim, why not allow independent reporters in to report? Historically, governments that ban/kill independent reporters are hiding immoral behavior.  See, for example, communist dictatorships like Russia, China, and North Korea.
