Good points! I would note that sex with a sex worker avoids many of the problems you point out. A sex worker is: * highly unlikely to become attached to you (little risk of causing her emotional harm) * unlikely to falsely accuse you * likely to use birth control more diligently, * almost certain to get an abortion if she gets pregnant IMO, neediness is not attractive, and sexual hunger can cloud men's judgment. Hiring sex workers to tide you over between long term girlfriends will help you be less needy when you do find someone you _are_ interested in, and will allow you to assess the relationship more objectively. The biggest downside is the cost. $120/hour for a "happy ending" at an Asian massage parlors is the low end. There's also low level disease, crime, and legal risk.
