Timothy Kachinski Many laws on the books are unethical.  Laws enforcing slavery, war on drugs, anti-sodomy laws, to name a few. I would include laws that restrict freedom of movement, employment, and association based on where you are born. I don't see anything unethical about trying to stop enforcement of such laws until they can be repealed.
