Great list! Here's some more: Ban Certificate of Need laws. Ban state laws that restrict citizen's ability to buy insurance from other states. Recognize reciprocal licenses / issue green cards for healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, etc) from countries with similar licensing standards. For countries that don't have such standards, issue them for those who pass the USMLE exam. Direct the FDA to categorize aging as a disease. Eliminate the FDA's efficacy standard. Allow drugs / medical devices to be sold if they've met safety standard. Allow any drug / medical device approved by another developed country's FDA equivalent to be sold in the US. Fund more prizes to cure aging (such as the XPRIZE Healthspan prize) Require that all government funded research be published in open access journals. Allow states to opt out of FDA regulation.
