I don't think there's any one single "best" form of social organization. People vary greatly in their values, risk tolerance, inequality tolerance, religious beliefs, etc.
Some people enjoy donning a PVC gimp suit and being locked in a cage after all.
However, _I_ want to live in somewhere that individuals have both broad freedom to live their lives as they see fit, bear the cost of their mistakes, and enjoy the fruits their labor.
I also want the freedom to invite whom I please onto my property, hire them, rent to them, and otherwise associate with people of my choosing, without busybodies butting their heads into my affairs.
Prospera and Ciudad Morazan are the closest to what I want so far.
