Christopher Leake If I point a gun a you, and threaten to kill you unless you give money to my favorite charity, wouldn't that be a bad thing? Does it stop being a bad thing if I don an IRS uniform? Does it stop being a bad thing if me and all my friends voted to rob you beforehand?
