There is no single \"best\" charity, since everyone has different values and priorities.\
\
For example, I recommend the following charities (see screenshot), as I think they all promote currently undervalued causes which will have high beneficial impact if they are successful.\

However, if you are a socialist, an AI doomer, or a deathist, then you are likely to be repulsed by them, let alone consider them the \"best\".
