Suppose the Biden administration had instituted an American Propiska system.
Suppose you flouted the Propiska regime, and moved from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire without getting the stamp.
Would that make you an "invader" of New Hampshire? Or do you have the right to live and work where you please without seeking permission from some bureaucrat?
