Communists love immigration suppression laws! All socialist states heavily suppress immigration (both in and out) because:
* they don't want their tax cattle to escape
* they don't want to allow competition for their crappy state-run / crony industries / lackeys
* they don't want outsiders contradicting their propaganda / fomenting rebellion among their tax cattle
The US Constitution has no provision limiting who may immigrate to the US. The government didn't invent that power until over 100 years later when the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882 was passed to placate white union members who didn't like competing with Chinese immigrants who were willing to work harder for less money.

The dark genius of Trump is that he has persuaded conservatives that Communist policies are conservative.
Among other things, the Trump administration has:
* Mandated "papers, please" policies to fly, or even walk the street.
* Massively increased government spending.
* Imposed tariffs.
* Nationalized several companies.
* Led the COVID lockdowns.
* Airdropped welfare payments (to compensate for losses his lockdowns / tariffs caused).
* Jacked up inflation (to pay for his profligate spending).
* Signed the bump stock bans, and supports seizing people's guns without due process.
* Killed people in the Caribbean without trial.
* Sent National Guard troops to states that didn't ask for them from states that didn't want to send them.
* Kidnapped another head of state.
* Threatened attacks on other countries (Iran, Greenland).
* Put protesters and other opposition leaders on terrorist watch lists (no doubt for later retaliation).
Trump personally:
* Blatantly takes bribes to the tune of hundreds of millions (via his scammy TrumpCoin).
* Enriches his kids and cronies with government contracts.
* Threatens journalists, judges, and bureaucrats with lawfare and government retaliation if he judges them insufficiently compliant with his demands.
He is now trying to create a neo-Stasi under his control. He bumped the budget of ICE/Homeland Security to levels that dwarf those of the Stasi/KGB. Armed gangs of masked men without ID are going door to door, invading homes and workplaces, snatching citizens and immigrants alike off the streets. Several people have been killed in order to enforce misdemeanors (Improper Entry) or civil infractions (such as overstaying a valid visa).
What part of any of the above is consistent with "conservatism"? It seems more like the behavior of a banana-republic socialist dictator to me.

Then Bidenâs FBI beats MAGA guy on the ground, disarms MAGA guy, and then shoots him dead,â Greene continued. âWhat would have been our reaction?â
IMO, conservatives have lost their morals, and forgotten the economic principles they once understood. How is a corrupt communist dictatorship under Trump any better than one under Harris? Where is the party that once believed in free trade, private property rights, and limited government?
I hope for the day when conservatives extract the socialist parasite that has eaten their brains, stop implementing the agenda of Bernie Sanders, and return to the principles they supported during the Reagan era:
