You know how progressives advocate for "enthusiastic consent" when it comes to sexual relationships? IMO, all human relationships should be based on mutual consent, not just those involving the genitals.
Taxes are coercive, basically protection money paid to stationary bandits. Fail to pay your taxes, and police officers will come and take your stuff. Defend yourself with sufficient vigor, and you will be bludgeoned, caged, or killed.
IMO, being born (whether disabled or not) does not give you a claim on other people's resources. You're only owed what others are willing to give you voluntarily, either as a gift, or in a mutually beneficial trade.
I would like to live in a world where consent, not coercion govern all human relationships.
