IMO, the key to creating a pro-liberty society is to foster the growth of a population that feels libertarian moral intuitions.
If the people love liberty, the laws will be libertarian.
If the people love socialism, the laws will be socialist.
Therefore, libertarians who want to live in a free society must:
* Move to New Hampshire.
* Raise a bunch of libertarian kids.
