The Libertarian Party of New Hampshire endorses Libertarian Party presidential nominee Chase Oliver for President.
This was an easy decision.
If you like Ron Paul, you should like Chase Oliver, as they are both principled libertarians who endorse almost all of the Libertarian Party platform.
Unfortunately, the LP national committee (LNC) and several state chapters tried to sabotage Chase Oliver’s campaign in favor of Republican Donald Trump.
We think this is a mistake.
Here’s a small sampling of Trump’s immoral and authoritarian behavior:
During a single term, Trump increased the national debt by $8.4 trillion.
Trump’s Covid policy resulted in the closure of 1/3rd of small businesses in the US.
Trump tried to falsify the results of the 2020 presidential election.
Trump flew on convicted child molester Jeffrey Epstein’s “Lolita Express” at least six times. Jeffrey Epstein called

That said, we have no illusions that Chase Oliver has a realistic chance of winning the presidency.
We too are frustrated by the LP’s failure to win a single significant office (Presidency, Congressional seat, governor’s office) despite 50 years of effort.
However, we don’t think libertarians should whore themselves out to a would-be dictator for promises of Ross Ulbricht’s pardon and a “libertarian” in a cabinet position.
Thankfully, we have a realistic strategy that will allow libertarians to win high office without compromising our principles: The Free State Project.
We hope that Chase Oliver wins as many votes as he can.
