"I'm starting a graduate nursing program at UCSF mid-June, and would love to live within walking/biking distance of the Parnassus campus. I'm 45 years old, female, single, non-smoker, a quiet and serious student, financially secure, great credit, sterling reference from my previous landlord. I have a small, well-behaved dog for whom I'd love to find a place that would afford him access to a yard, but it's certainly not a deal-breaker if I can't have that. Mainly I'm looking to avoid three hours of commute each day. I can pay up to $2400/mo for a place that meets all my needs."
