It's a small 2 story cottage (2br/2ba), located in our landlords' backyard. It's just south of campus, in the Elmwood neighborhood, near the intersection of Dwight & Piedmont. It's beautiful, with a lovely garden. It's generally quiet here, though there is a frat very close by and we sometimes need to call and ask them to quiet down when they are having parties.
The rent is currently $2400, though I wouldn't be surprised if the rent gets increased a bit when we move out. It is not rent controlled. Our move-out date is March 1."
