I'm looking for a headlamp with the following features:
1. Built-in USB batter charger
2. Removable 18650 or AA battery
3. Simple ( on/off + high/low/red)
4. Inexpensive ($30 or less)
5. IPX-8 waterproof
6. Sturdy, but plastic body is fine
The Fenix HL55seems to check all the boxes except price (it's $70):
