"You must start a restaurant.
That restaurant can only serve one main course, one side dish, and one drink. You must pick _one_ recipe for each (main, side, drink)--no waving your hand at a general category (bread, pizza, etc).
That single meal must be sufficiently nutritious that customers could live in good health for at least a year eating solely at your restaurant.
At the end of the first year, your restaurant must be at least as profitable as the median new restaurant.
If you fail, you die."
