Many laws that were deemed constitutional in the past have been struck down. And many laws currently on the books are evil and stupid (drug bans, sex work bans, AML/KYC, etc) My claim is that the TikTok ban is evil and stupid, even if it has (hopefully temporarily) been deemed "constitutional". > This also isn’t censorship So, in your mind, Chinese government bans on Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter _aren't_ censorship?!?
