Many of them have tuition rates lower than per student spending of government schools, because they don't have to pay for all of the featherbedding by the teacher's unions. Also, have you seen the literacy / numeracy rates of government schooled kids? Many government schools are failing to educate most _non_ disabled kids. What good is it if you accept disabled students if _all_ the students receive a poor quality education?
