Adrian Scott It's not lawfare if: 1. The law actually exists (and is not made up by a partisan judge). 2. The law itself is ethical (the law protects individual liberty, not government tyranny). 3. The person has been convicted of violating the law in a just trial (and has not been falsely convicted in rigged show trial). 4. The law is applied neutrally to all parties (and not selectively to the ruling party's enemies). I advocate for all of those conditions to be met.
