There is no single "best" charity, since everyone has different values and priorities.
For example, I recommend the following charities (see screenshot), as I think they all promote currently undervalued causes which will have high beneficial impact if they are successful.
However, if you are a socialist, an AI doomer, or a deathist, then you are likely to be repulsed by them, let alone consider them the "best".
